These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, booking services, and purchases from our conservation shop. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our primary mission is wildlife conservation, and these terms reflect our commitment to responsible tourism and environmental stewardship.

Conservation Commitment

By booking a stay or making a purchase, you acknowledge and support our conservation mission. A portion of all proceeds goes directly to wildlife protection programs, anti-poaching initiatives, habitat restoration, and community development projects in and around Hwange National Park.

Booking Terms

Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• A 30% deposit is required to secure your reservation
• Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival
• Rates are quoted in USD and include all applicable taxes

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations 60+ days before arrival: Full refund minus 10% administration fee
• Cancellations 30-59 days before arrival: 50% refund
• Cancellations less than 30 days before arrival: No refund
• We strongly recommend travel insurance for all bookings

Wildlife Disclaimer

Changamire Camp operates in a wild environment. While we take every precaution to ensure guest safety, wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed. The unpredictable nature of wild animals is part of the authentic safari experience. Guests must follow all safety guidelines provided by our experienced guides.

Orders

• All orders are processed via email inquiry
• Prices are in USD and subject to change without notice
• Payment details will be provided upon order confirmation
• 100% of profits support our conservation initiatives

Shipping

• We ship worldwide from our partner facility
• Shipping costs are calculated based on destination
• Delivery times vary by location (typically 2-4 weeks for international orders)
• Tracking information provided upon dispatch

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition. Exchanges are subject to availability. Please contact us before returning any items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Environmental Responsibility

As a guest or customer of Changamire Camp, you agree to:

• Respect all wildlife and maintain safe distances as directed by guides
• Not remove any natural materials from the park
• Minimize waste and follow our recycling guidelines
• Refrain from using single-use plastics during your stay
• Support local communities through respectful interaction

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Changamire Camp or our partners. Wildlife photographs may not be reproduced without written permission. We encourage guests to share their own photographs and experiences on social media with appropriate credit.

Limitation of Liability

Changamire Camp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation before resorting to legal proceedings. We are committed to fair resolution of any concerns.
